Jinzhu village, Du'an County has poor natural conditions, surrounded by mountains on three sides. Most villagers go out to work, and many of them are engaged in construction industry. However, because the villagers have low cultural level and backward professional technology, they do casual work on the construction site, with low salary and unstable posts. On August 15, 2021, the summer social practice group of "working class - being a practitioner of revitalizing rural construction craftsmen" organized by Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction went to Jinzhu village, Du'an County, Hechi City to carry out social practice activities. This year is the sixth year of the "working class", which has made contributions to the rural revitalization strategy by adhering to the six-year journey of sending classes to the countryside.

1、Technology Consolidating to Get Rid of Poverty, Help Rural Revitalization and Prevent the Return to Poverty

According to the preliminary investigation, the practice group found that nearly 80% of the villagers in Jinzhu village, Du'an County are engaged in construction related work outside the village. However, fewer people work with certificates,  and are engaged in more casual work with unstable income. With the strong support of the college, the practice group and Guangxi Construction Dadu Rentle Co., Ltd jointly carried out a class sending activity for special types of construction electricians to the countryside. A total of 30 poor villagers participated in the construction electrician training course. A total of 16 teachers and students participated in the teaching activities. The construction electrician training course made the villagers learned better theoretical knowledge and practical operation. Of course, first aid safety education is also essential. The "working class" insists on putting life safety first forever, so that the villagers can have the skills to protect themselves or others in their future life or work. Through the construction electrician training course of "working class", a total of 30 villagers passed the examination and obtained the construction electrician certificate for special types of work issued by Guangxi Department of housing and urban rural development. All the certified students were recommended by the practice group to the local construction site for employment or employed by Guangxi Construction Dadu Rentle Co., Ltd, so as to achieve stable employment and income, effectively consolidated the achievements of poverty alleviation, and promote economic development, which has contributed to the revitalization of rural areas.

At the same time, the working class practice group also paid a return visit and delivered home care to our students. Yuan Pinshi, a villager of Jinzhu village, Gaoling Town, Du'an County, has 6 people in his family, including three children in school. In 2015, he became a poor household with file and card. In 2019, he participated in the training of "working class", and successfully obtained the maintenance electrician certificate issued by the Department of human resources and social security. Finally, he was recommended to work in a local substation by the "working class", with a monthly income of 3000-4000 and certain improvement in living conditions, and successfully got rid of poverty that year. In 2021, the working class came to his village. He joined the working class again and studied the special types of construction electricians. His relatives and friends were happy to know about it. They expressed the hope that Yuan Pinshi would actively and seriously participate in the training and obtain the certificate, so that they could work together. If he successfully obtained the certificate, "working class" He can be recommended to "Dadu Rental Co., Ltd.", which also made it clear that he can work in the company after passing the examination. Now, in the second half of the "working class", there is also the training of installation and demolition workers and welders. He is willing to participate in the training with his wife in the second half of the year. If they succeed in obtaining the certificate, the couple will get a monthly income of about 12000, which will greatly reduce the economic burden of their family.

Now, after working class training, Yuan Pinshi obtained a certificate, and finally got a stable job and income, and their living environment has been improved. We believe that through his own continuous efforts, his future life will be happier and happier. He said despite of his the technology and ability, he would not go out of his hometown, but stay here to build his hometown and make his contribution to the revitalization of the countryside.

2、 "Welcoming the Centennial Founding of the Party and Passing on the Red Culture from Generation to Generation" by publicizing the Centennial Party History to Rural Left Behind Children

The practice group carried out the theme class of "red glorifying China and spirit passed on from generation to generation" for the left behind children in Jinzhu primary school. In order to communicate more cordially with the left behind children, Mandarin was used throughout the class. In the classroom, the members of the practice group told the left behind children about the national flag raising ceremony, so as to let them realize that the flag raising ceremony was such a very serious and grand ceremony that the interests of the motherland were above everything, and cultivate their patriotism. Members of the practice group used the heroic story of "Dong Cunrui f blowing up the bunker" and watched the short video of "Dong Cunrui f blowing up the bunker" to increase the left behind children's understanding of the Party's centennial history and let them learn Dong Cunrui's quality of "daring to take responsibility". Daring to take responsibility is for the interests of the Party and the masses, regardless of personal gains and losses and not avoiding personal risks. Especially in the face of major tests, we should consciously assume the responsibility and mission to the Party, the country and the cause like martyr Dong Cunrui, standing up and daring to tackle tough problems, so as to demonstrate the values with practical actions. In order to increase the understanding of rural left behind children about the Party and stimulate their enthusiasm for loving the Party, the members of the practice group worked with the left behind children to draw giant pictures of loving the Party. In the process of drawing giant pictures of loving the Party, they took small actions to give the left behind children equality, friendliness, care, understanding and respect. So that it will make the left behind children often maintain optimistic, with stable, happy and positive emotions, and let them get mutual assistance and encouragement of love, so as to promote the development of their physical and mental health.

3、 Looking for Typical Examples in Practice and Finding Different Pioneers in the Ordinary

The practice group conducted interviews and deeds reports on the headmaster of Jinzhu primary school, and published his touching deeds on China Youth Network, microblog and other network platforms. In 1987, after graduating from the university, Headmaster Qin returned to his hometown and taught in Wudong primary school in Gaoling town for three years. In September 1990, he transferred to Jinzhu primary school in Jinzhu village; Then his teaching carrer lasts for 31 years. In 2005, there were more than 200 students in Jinzhu primary school; Later, due to various reasons such as parents taking their children out to work, relocation, renting houses outside and optimizing teaching, the number of students has been reduced to only 20 now. However, in these more than 30 years, he did not forget his original intention and resolutely adhered to Jinzhu primary school. His deeds make every member of the practice group feel admiration, and also set us a learning example of loving our posts, being brave in dedication and taking responsibility, which lead us to be determined to become a good socialist youth useful to the society.
