On August 16, 2021, "working class" - construction electrician training course for special types of work was successfully opened in Jinzhu village. The opening ceremony was attended by Wei Shi, Secretary of Jinzhu village committee of Du'an Yao Autonomous County, Gong Jian, deputy general manager of Human Resources Department of Guangxi Construction Dadu Rentle Co., Ltd, office director of Department of construction equipment and environmental engineering of Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction, teachers and students of "working class" practice group, employee representatives of Guangxi Construction Dadu Rentle Co., Ltd and 30 participants from villages in Du'an Yao Autonomous County. The opening ceremony was presided over by teacher Xu Xiaoxue of the working class practice group.

At the beginning of the meeting, teacher Xu Xiaoxue royally introduced the main leaders participating in the meeting. There were four agendas for the opening ceremony. First of all, Teacher Gong Jian gave a welcome speech at the opening ceremony and introduced in detail the relevant situation of brand project of the "working class" technology for poverty alleviation. Then Gong Dian, deputy general manager of Human Resources Department of Guangxi Construction Dadu Rentle Co., Ltd, delivered a speech. Deputy general manager Gong said that as an alliance unit of the "working class" project, Dadu Rental Co., Ltd. has jointly held several training courses with the "working class" in recent years. The "working class" provides a learning and training platform for the on-the-job migrant workers of the company to improve their skills, and has transported nearly 500 excellent employees to the company. Deputy general manager Gong also threw olive branches to the villagers on the scene, saying that the members participating in the training class can be recommended to the company for employment after completing the learning and training, passing the examination and obtaining the electrician certificate. Wei Shi, Secretary of Jinzhu village committee, stressed at the meeting that it is still in the stage of epidemic prevention and control. The students of the training course should strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control requirements of the village committee and the discipline of the training course, and successfully complete the training. At the end, representatives of enterprises, students and universities sign the tripartite employment intention agreement on site.

It is reported that this electrician training course lasts for a total of five days. The students should complete the learning of relevant theories and the operation training of construction electricians and pass the theoretical and practical assessment, taught by the teachers of the construction electrical professional team of the Department of construction equipment and environmental engineering.

2021 is the sixth year of the "working class" to send classes to the countryside. 2021 is also a key year to continuously consolidate and expand the achievements in poverty alleviation and effectively connect it with rural revitalization. This practical activity mainly carried out construction electrician skills training and employment recommendation for 30 villagers, and carried out a series of assistance and research activities for the families and children of the students. Members of the working class practice group will make persistent efforts, continue the spirit of voluntary service, and forge ahead in order to achieve the happy dream of every construction migrant worker.
