“Working class" -- Guangxi construction special operation personnel training class opened in Nanning

Department of construction equipment and environmental engineering, Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction, June 29 [Report](Chen Xi, Publicity Department of the Party committee) on the morning of June 29, the organizer, Guangxi construction migrant workers' skills service station in poor areas, Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction, Du'an county People's government, Xincheng County People's Government, Nanning Tengan Construction Machinery Rental Co., Ltd and Guangxi Construction Dadu Rentle Co., Ltd jointly launched the "working class" - Guangxi construction special operation personnel training class in Nanning. The students  of the training class are composed of 27 poor households from 7 poor villages in Du'an county and Xincheng County. During the study and obtaining certifications period of the training class, Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction fully  bore their tuition, living expenses and certification fees. After passing the training, Guangxi Department of housing and urban rural development issued certificates and recommend them to Nanning Tengan Construction Machinery Rental Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Construction Dadu Rentle Co., Ltd

Bai Ting, vice president of the college, attended the opening ceremony and made a speech. He pointed out that in this crucial year of poverty alleviation, in order to reduce the pressure of the epidemic on poverty alleviation, the "working class" of the poverty alleviation brand project of Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction has risen to the challenges. With the strong support of enterprises and local governments, it seized the new opportunities for the development of the construction industry and provided poor villagers with a "one-stop" from technical training to obtaining skill certificate to employment recommendation services has promoted the fundamental transformation of poverty alleviation from "blood transfusion" to "hematopoiesis". Vice President Bai Ting said that the school will make persistent efforts, launch an attack, continue to implement and improve the "working class" mode, by adhering to the feelings for the people, and focusing on accurate implementation of policies, so as to contribute to the "establishment of the school" for poverty alleviation.

Li Bingzhuo, chairman of Nanning Tengan Construction Machinery Rental Co., Ltd., said in his speech that the training is rich in the content with theoretical and practical significance and targeted aims, and the training forms are flexible and diverse. Everyone should seize the rare learning opportunity, concentrate themselves and calm down, so as to study deeply and practice their internal skills. Gong Dian, deputy director of labor and capital department of Guangxi Construction Dadu Rentle Co., Ltd, briefly introduced the company and expressed the hope that all students shall study hard, study intensively and unswervingly, so as to learn their skills as soon as possible.

It is reported that the "working class" was founded by Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction in 2015. In the past five years, nearly 10 enterprises have joined the poverty alleviation team, served 23 poor villages in Guangxi, trained more than 1200 class hours, trained more than 2370 villagers, helped the villagers in poor villages obtain employment successfully for 550 people, and driven nearly 3000 poor households out of poverty. In 2019, the "working class" poverty alleviation project of the department of construction equipment and environmental engineering of Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction was successfully selected as the "top 50 national volunteer poverty alleviation typical cases" by the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council. The one week training class will greatly improve the technical level of construction migrant workers through skill training, increase the high-quality employment of construction migrant workers, and transform construction migrant workers into skilled construction migrant workers and transform them from skilled construction migrant workers into employees of construction enterprises, which can effectively consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and achieve stable employment.
